What’s new at the Harness Racing Museum?

2026 HARNESS RACING HALL OF FAME BROODMARES

Goshen, NY – The Harness Racing Museum & Hall of Fame’s Living Horse Hall of Fame nominating committee has announced that broodmares Eloquent Grace and Lucy’s Pearl will be inducted into the Harness Racing Hall of Fame on Hall of Fame Day, Sunday, July 5, 2026, at the Museum’s annual dinner.

ELOQUENT GRACE p,3,1:51.4f ($100,200)

Pacing broodmare Eloquent Grace was foaled on April 5, 2013 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. As of her 2026 election into the Hall of Fame, Eloquent Grace has had five starters that have earned $2,465,416 in North America. Her most successful foals are 2025 Breeders Crown winner, Dan Patch and O’Brien Older Pacing Horse of the Year Ervin Hanover and 2023 Three Diamonds winner Caviart Belle, both by Hall of Famer Captaintreacherous.

LUCY’S PEARL p,3,1:51f ($341,213)

2023 Dan Patch Pacing Broodmare of the Year Lucy’s Pearl was foaled on February 27, 2011 in Versailles, Kentucky. As of her 2026 induction into the Hall of Fame, Lucy’s Pearl has had five starters that have earned $3,174,899 in North America. Her most successful foals are two-time Breeders Crown winner and 2024 Three-Year-Old Pacing Filly of the Year, world champion My Girl EJ and 2021 Little Brown Jug winner Lou’s Pearlman, both by Hall of Famer Sweet Lou.
